Security at Wavyo
Last updated September 11, 2026
Your agent handles your customers’ calls, so we treat the information in them with care. Here is how we protect it.
Encryption
- Everything sent between you, your callers’ calls and Wavyo travels over encrypted connections.
- Credentials we store for your account’s phone system are encrypted with AES-256.
Separation between businesses
Every business on Wavyo has its own account, and its calls, recordings, contacts and settings are kept separate from every other business. Each business also runs in its own separate phone system project.
Access control
- People sign in with verified accounts, and roles decide what each person can see and change.
- A client of an agency sees only their own business, never the agency’s other clients.
- Call recordings are available only to signed-in users of the business they belong to.
Protecting your phone lines
Requests from our phone provider to Wavyo are verified before an agent acts on them, so nobody can impersonate your phone line to your agent or to your data.
Honest AI
Wavyo agents say they are AI when asked, and they hand callers to a person when your rules say to.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have found a security problem, tell us as soon as possible. We take every report seriously and will follow up.
