Terms of Service
Last updated September 11, 2026
These terms apply when you use the Wavyo website, talk to our AI agents, or use Wavyo’s services. By using them you agree to these terms. If you have a separate written agreement with Wavyo, that agreement controls where the two differ.
Our services
Wavyo designs, builds and operates AI voice agents that answer and make phone calls for businesses, and connects them to the tools a business already uses. What we build for you, and what it costs, is set out in your agreement or order with us.
Your responsibilities
- Use Wavyo only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
- Get any consent the law requires before your agent calls, texts or records people — including under telemarketing, robocall and call-recording laws — and honor opt-out requests.
- Give us accurate information about your business, so your agent says accurate things to your callers.
- Keep your account credentials secure, and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
What Wavyo is not
- Wavyo is not an emergency service. Callers with an emergency should always call 911 or the relevant emergency number.
- AI agents can make mistakes. Review your agent’s calls and tell us about anything that needs correcting.
- Your agent does not give legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
- Do not use Wavyo for protected health information unless we have signed an agreement with you that covers it.
Your data
You own the information your business provides and the records of your calls. We use it to provide, secure and improve the services for you, as described in our privacy policy.
Other services
Wavyo can connect to other companies’ products, such as your calendar or CRM. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they work.
Our intellectual property
Wavyo’s software, website and brand belong to Wavyo. These terms do not give you any rights in them beyond using the services as agreed.
Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We work hard to keep them running and accurate but do not promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Wavyo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Ending the services
Either side may end the services as set out in your agreement. We may suspend service to stop unlawful use or misuse that puts others at risk.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
